30 day money back guarantee during the first 30 days of your membership on a new paying account. With Carrot, when you join you’ll pay the first months payment the day you join. If you upgrade to a higher account during your first 30 days as an InvestorCarrot member you’ll be charged the difference immediately.
Cancel within the first 30 days if you’re unhappy by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your paid account within 30 days after your original signup, then you can request a refund of your initial upfront payment.
Cancel after 30 days and you won’t be charged again moving forward from the date you cancelled with us. Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if your billing cycle is on the 18th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
How do I cancel my account? You can cancel your account at any time by logging into your account and selecting the “Edit Subscription” tab (usually found on the Dashboard). Once you are on the Edit Subscription page, click the “Please cancel my account” link. Or, you can email in your cancellation to email@example.com. You CANNOT CANCEL VIA TELEPHONE.

You can cancel those purchases within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund. If you cancel after the 30 day period from your original purchase, there are no refunds and no exceptions will be made to make it fair for everyone.
